This policy explains what information Plummer's Plumbing LLC collects through this website, why it is collected and who it is shared with. It applies to this website only. It does not cover information you give us over the phone, by email or in person on a job.
The contact form on this site asks for your name, phone number, the type of work you need, your city, your property type and a description of the job. Your email address is optional.
We use that information for one purpose: to respond to your request, quote the work and schedule it. We do not sell it, rent it or trade it, and we do not use it to send marketing you did not ask for.
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers of its own. We do not build profiles of visitors and we cannot identify you from browsing the site.
Our web host keeps standard server logs — the kind every website host keeps — which can include your IP address, browser type and which pages were requested. Those logs are used for security and reliability, not for marketing.
Form submissions are delivered through Formspree, a third-party form service, which processes and forwards the message to our email. This site is hosted on Netlify.
Both providers handle data under their own privacy policies. Beyond that, we share your information only when we need to in order to do the work you asked for, or when the law requires it.
We keep enquiries and job records as long as we need them to serve you, stand behind warranty work and meet our record-keeping and tax obligations.
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call (541) 679-1722 or email plummersplumbing@yahoo.com and we will take care of it. If deleting it would leave us unable to honour a warranty on work already completed, we will tell you that first.
This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
